UPC Distribution Services IPv6 team - peering guide

We started out with a very open peering policy but with time we found out we really
needed to be a bit more restrictive to avoid 6bone AND the production IPv6 network
to get out of hand.

To help ourself and possible others we have come up with a peering policy, but it's more a
guide on peering with us. Thing we will look at when we get a peering request

* pTLA or sTLA holder ?

* public ASN ?

* can we peer natively ? (AMSIX, BNIX, DECIX, NIX, more to come)

* is it a well known or big site?

* will our network benefit from this peering?

* will it break with the idea of MIPP?

If you do not have stla/ptla, public ASN, native peering options then chances are low.

If you feel you would like to request a peering you can contact us on IPv6@aorta.net

We support the idea behind MIPP, we want IPv6 to turn into something
that everyone can and will be using, that is, more than a playground/testing
